We slaughter multiple times a week to meet demand. Meat is stored in our cold-room facilities. We prefer wet maturing to optimise space utilisation.
All Craighall Meat is graded and quality checked at the abattoir by certified meat inspectors. Health & inspection certificates can also be made available if required.
